• 2 follow-up sessions (60 min): review of progress, adjustments, and unblocking.

• Continuous support via chat to sustain the process with presence and clarity.

How do I work?

I integrate astrology, human design, and also therapeutic tools such as:

• NLP

• Psychoanalysis

• Cognitive-behavioral therapy

• Gestalt techniques (such as empty chair)

• Focusing

• Coaching (respectful and non-invasive)

Important: I do not have formal qualifications in psychotherapy. If in the process I detect situations that require professional help (cognitive disorders, severe depression, etc.), I indicate it and refer to trusted specialists. This space does not replace therapy, but it can be deeply therapeutic.

The initial consultation lasts between 90 and 120 minutes, in which I will explain the most relevant points of your chart (Sun, Moon, Ascendant, Lunar Nodes and energy cores) in a dynamic and interactive way, since through a conversation, we will unravel together the manifestation of what your astral chart “promises”.
